REFUNDS - There are no REFUNDS on Custom Orders. Refunds for manufacturing errors will be on a case-by-case basis. 

RETURNS - Returns are NOT allowed. Please read and ensure that your order details are accurate BEFORE placing your order. If ordering a custom order, PLEASE make sure to READ your invoice correctly. Once YOU approve the order, it cannot be canceled. The order immediately goes into production upon approval.
